Business Analyst - Repair & Maintenance (R&M) Domain
J-00045C2C/W2On-siteSeattle, WA$49 to $68 per hour (estimated)You will work on-site in Seattle, WA as a Business Analyst supporting Repair & Maintenance operations, connecting business needs with technology solutions. This is a 9+ month contract engagement where you will gather requirements, improve service and asset management processes, and support digital transformation work. All visa statuses are acceptable, and the role is offered on a C2C or W2 basis.
What you will do
- Bridge business needs and technology solutions across Repair & Maintenance (R&M) initiatives
- Apply deep knowledge of repair operations and maintenance management to shape solutions
- Analyze and improve service workflows, asset lifecycle management and field service processes
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams and technology teams
- Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements
- Identify and drive process optimization opportunities
- Support digital transformation initiatives from requirements through delivery
What you need
- 14+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a closely related role
- Strong expertise in the Repair & Maintenance (R&M) domain
- Working knowledge of repair operations, maintenance management and service workflows
- Experience with asset lifecycle management and field service processes
- Demonstrated requirements gathering and process optimization experience
- Ability to work on-site in Seattle, WA; this role is not remote

Compensation
$49 to $68 per hour
This is a W2 contract engagement. Compensation is the hourly rate stated above, plus any overtime required by law. No health, dental, vision, retirement or paid leave benefits are offered at this time, beyond what applicable law requires.
