Own Peek IT's contract placement business end to end — sourcing opportunities, matching qualified technology talent to client needs, coordinating contracts, and nurturing client and consultant relationships for long-term success. The role blends business development, recruiting, and account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new contract opportunities through recruiter/headhunter relationships, job boards (LinkedIn, Upwork), and existing-client prospecting — qualifying leads for fit
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for client opportunities
• Present candidates to clients and coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps
• Coordinate contracting from established templates (MSA / SOW / rate sheets) through to execution
• Manage ongoing client and consultant relationships, surfacing new and expanded needs

Requirements

• IT staffing, recruiting, or technical talent-acquisition experience — ideally in a contract / C2C environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter (or equivalent), Upwork, and recruiter / headhunter relationship management
• Comfort reviewing basic commercial contract terms (MSA / SOW structures, rate sheets)
• Strong dual-sided relationship management — building trust with clients and candidates alike
• Executive-grade written and verbal communication, and discretion with confidential information
