• Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM (FP&A)

  You will work as a Digital Product Business Systems Analyst supporting FP&A systems and core finance capabilities built on Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM. Partnering with the Product Owner, finance strategy leaders and internal users, you will translate business needs into requirements, configurations, testing activities and adoption plans. This is a long term contract running from September 2026 through March 2027, hybrid with two days per week onsite at a local office.

  What you will do

  • Translate business needs into epics, features and user stories, and help set product priorities
  • Support backlog refinement and sprint planning alongside the Product Owner
  • Define test strategies and run UAT and regression testing
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, including dimensions, metadata, forms, business rules, workflows, security and data loads
  • Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement of FP&A systems
  • Lead change management and adoption activities with business stakeholders
  • Perform data analysis, build prototypes and maintain documentation
  • Act as the bridge between finance stakeholders and technology teams

  What you need

  • 6 to 9 years of experience as a business analyst or business systems analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, STEM or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM
  • Minimum 2 years designing, implementing and configuring finance systems
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, corporate finance and FP&A
  • Business systems analysis expertise, including requirements and testing
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Working experience with Jira
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  Nice to have

  • Experience with Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Consolidation and Close, Profitability and Cost Management, or Account Reconciliation modules
  • Management reporting and master data governance experience
  • EPM integrations experience
  • Familiarity with Aha!, Mural and Confluence
  • Change management experience
  • Reporting and dashboard development, or finance transformation experience

  Compensation

  This is a W2 contract engagement. Compensation is the hourly rate stated above, plus any overtime required by law. No health, dental, vision, retirement or paid leave benefits are offered at this time, beyond what applicable law requires.
