• Icertis Techno-Functional Consultant (Remote, Contract)

  You will work as a techno-functional consultant on enterprise-grade Icertis CLM implementations, covering both greenfield and brownfield work. The role is fully remote and long term, and spans requirements workshops, solution design, configuration, integrations and data migration. If you know Icertis end to end - data architecture, rules framework, APIs and the AI components - this is hands-on work with real ownership.

  What you will do

  • Lead customer workshops to gather business requirements, define project scope, and translate them into functional designs and best-practice solutions within Icertis CLM.
  • Implement and configure Contract Generation workflow, template and clause management.
  • Migrate structured and unstructured contracting data from legacy and next-generation sources into Icertis, including building data migration pipelines.
  • Integrate ICI with upstream and downstream systems such as Salesforce and SAP Ariba using ICI Connectors and REST APIs.
  • Configure Icertis Native Sign or third-party e-signature tools (DocuSign/Adobe Sign), along with user management and SSO authentication (SAML/OAuth).
  • Manage configurations across multiple environments and releases using P2P promotion methodologies.
  • Create project artifacts including Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, test scripts, training playbooks and user guides.
  • Capture and articulate architecture and solution design using architecture drafting and drawing tools and techniques.

  What you need

  • Hands-on, in-depth experience with enterprise-grade Icertis CLM implementations.
  • Experience with both greenfield and brownfield Icertis CLM implementations.
  • Experience migrating structured and unstructured contracting data to Icertis and implementing data migration pipelines.
  • Experience with Icertis AI components such as Vera agents, Copilot and analytics.
  • Deep understanding of Icertis data architecture, rules framework and APIs.
  • Experience integrating ICI with systems such as Salesforce and SAP Ariba using ICI Connectors and REST APIs.
  • Experience configuring Icertis Native Sign or DocuSign/Adobe Sign, plus user management and SSO authentication (SAML/OAuth).
  • Strong understanding of P2P promotion methodologies and managing configurations across environments and releases.
  • Work authorization: USC, H4, TN or E3.

  Nice to have

  • Icertis certification.
  • Experience in the telco domain.

  Compensation

  $64 to $91 per hour

  This is a W2 contract engagement. Compensation is the hourly rate stated above, plus any overtime required by law. No health, dental, vision, retirement or paid leave benefits are offered at this time, beyond what applicable law requires.
