Lead ITOM Business Process Consultant (Remote, Contract)
J-00011ContractRemote$90/hrYou will lead IT Operations Management Discovery and CMDB design workshops on a short-term remote contract, translating workshop outcomes into documented user stories. The engagement is approximately 106 total hours, estimated at 24-32 hours per week once ramped, running from late September 2026 through mid-November 2026, with workshop sessions beginning in the mid-October timeframe.
What you will do
- Lead Discovery and CMDB design workshops with stakeholders
- Facilitate requirements sessions and drive decisions on ITOM design
- Document workshop outcomes as clear, actionable user stories
- Advise on ITOM configuration and CMDB data model approach
- Communicate status, risks and open items to project stakeholders
What you need
- Experience leading ITOM Discovery and CMDB design workshops as a business process consultant
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Discovery certification
- CMDB certification
- Ability to write and document user stories from workshop sessions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- US Citizen working on US soil
Nice to have
- Active Public Trust clearance
Compensation
$90 per hour
This is a W2 contract engagement. Compensation is the hourly rate stated above, plus any overtime required by law. No health, dental, vision, retirement or paid leave benefits are offered at this time, beyond what applicable law requires.
