• Lead ServiceNow ITOM / AIOps Technical Consultant (Remote, EMEA/APAC)

  You will lead the Phase 1 AIOps implementation on ServiceNow, configuring Event Management, Metric Intelligence, Health Log Analytics, CMDB and Service Mapping for a remote contract engagement of roughly 320 hours (about 32 hours per week). This is hands-on operational intelligence work rather than general platform administration, so you will own anomaly detection, event correlation and root cause analysis outcomes end to end. Compensation: this is a W2 contract engagement. Compensation is the hourly rate stated above, plus any overtime required by law. No health, dental, vision, retirement or paid leave benefits are offered at this time, beyond what applicable law requires.

  What you will do

  • Lead the implementation of Phase 1 AIOps use cases.
  • Configure and optimize Event Management, Metric Intelligence, Health Log Analytics, event correlation, impact analysis, CMDB and Service Mapping.
  • Configure anomaly detection for CPU, memory and disk utilization.
  • Support root cause analysis workflows and demonstrations.
  • Validate monitoring integrations and event sources.
  • Configure service dependency and network impact visibility.
  • Support event-noise reduction initiatives.
  • Participate in testing, validation and outcome demonstrations.

  What you need

  • Lead-level ServiceNow ITOM experience with Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping and AIOps.
  • Recent, demonstrable experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Metric Intelligence and Health Log Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience using Flow Designer to build automated remediation use cases.
  • Ability to explain the business impact and benefits of AIOps components in relation to stated use cases.
  • ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Discovery, Service Mapping and AIOps (Event Management).
  • Based in EMEA or APAC; consultants based in the Americas cannot be considered.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Availability to work remotely approximately 32 hours per week for the duration of the engagement.

  Compensation

  $90 per hour
