Lead ServiceNow SPM Business Process Consultant
J-00040ContractRemote$64 to $94 per hourYou will lead business process consulting on a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) engagement, working remotely on a part-time contract basis at roughly 20 hours per week. The work covers the Tx/SPM workflow and includes workshop facilitation, story creation, solution demos and advisory support. It is a defined engagement of about 160 total hours.
What you will do
- Run discovery and design workshops with stakeholders
- Create user stories that capture requirements for the SPM solution
- Demo the solution to stakeholders and gather feedback
- Provide advisory support on ServiceNow SPM process and configuration decisions
- Work within the Tx/SPM workflow throughout the engagement
What you need
- Hands-on experience as a business process consultant on ServiceNow SPM
- Experience with the Tx/SPM workflow
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow SPM (PPM) certification
- Ability to run workshops, write stories and deliver solution demos
- Located on US or Canada soil for the duration of the engagement
- English fluency and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability for approximately 20 hours per week on a remote schedule
Compensation
$64 to $94 per hour
This is a W2 contract engagement. Compensation is the hourly rate stated above, plus any overtime required by law. No health, dental, vision, retirement or paid leave benefits are offered at this time, beyond what applicable law requires.
