Lead ServiceNow SPM Technical Consultant
J-00041ContractRemote$57 to $81 per hourYou will lead strategic portfolio management (SPM) work on a ServiceNow platform that currently covers Idea, Demand and Project, with expansion planned. This is a fully remote W2 contract where you will shape how SPM processes are analyzed, documented and built out, working directly with development and configuration teams.
What you will do
- Analyze ServiceNow SPM processes, including project tracking and service workflow improvements
- Translate business requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Document process flows that guide ServiceNow development and configuration teams
- Support the ongoing build-out of SPM beyond the current Idea, Demand and Project coverage
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and confirm that delivered configuration meets them
What you need
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), including Idea, Demand and Project
- Ability to translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows
- Experience analyzing and improving project tracking and service workflows on the ServiceNow platform
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote contract role

- ServiceNow ITSM experience
- ServiceNow HRSD experience
- ServiceNow CSM experience
Compensation
$57 to $81 per hour
This is a W2 contract engagement. Compensation is the hourly rate stated above, plus any overtime required by law. No health, dental, vision, retirement or paid leave benefits are offered at this time, beyond what applicable law requires.
