• Senior IT Operations and IT Asset Management Leader

  You will lead enterprise IT operations and IT asset management work on a hybrid basis, with openings based in Irving, Texas and in Chicago, Illinois or New York, New York. The role connects technology services, infrastructure and asset management to broader organizational priorities, and includes direct executive reporting. It suits an experienced technology leader who is comfortable owning governance, vendors and modernization at the same time.

  What you will do

  • Oversee enterprise IT operations, including service management, infrastructure and end-user technology.
  • Own governance frameworks, technology lifecycle planning, risk and compliance.
  • Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts and SLAs.
  • Drive automation and modernization across operations and asset management.
  • Lead US IT asset management strategy and operating model, covering the full hardware and software asset lifecycle.
  • Run ITAM governance and controls, software license optimization and audit readiness.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Information Security and Infrastructure teams, and support CMDB and ITSM processes.
  • Lead teams and provide executive reporting and advisory.

  What you need

  • Experience leading IT operations at an enterprise scale.
  • Enterprise IT leadership experience, including team leadership and executive reporting.
  • Infrastructure and end-user technology experience.
  • IT asset management experience across hardware and software lifecycles.
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts and SLAs.
  • Ability to work hybrid from Irving, Texas, or from Chicago, Illinois or New York, New York.

  Nice to have

  • Software license optimization and audit readiness experience.
  • Experience with CMDB and ITSM platforms.
  • Experience implementing ITAM automation.

  Compensation

  $170 per hour

  This is a W2 contract engagement. Compensation is the hourly rate stated above, plus any overtime required by law. No health, dental, vision, retirement or paid leave benefits are offered at this time, beyond what applicable law requires.
