• ServiceNow CRM & CSM Portfolio Manager

  You will work in a customer-facing portfolio role focused on the ServiceNow platform, advising business and executive stakeholders on CRM, Customer Service Management and Source-to-Pay Operations. This is a remote W2 contract engagement open to candidates across the USA. It suits someone who combines ServiceNow technical depth with procurement and supply chain process knowledge.

  What you will do

  • Advise, coach and mentor customers on the ServiceNow platform and on procurement and supply chain disciplines
  • Manage relationships with executive business stakeholders in the customer organization
  • Shape solution architecture and guide process and technical decisions across the portfolio
  • Support implementation of ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations products
  • Use data and value consulting or value realization methods to demonstrate outcomes
  • Develop customer-facing content, including webinars
  • Apply ServiceNow capabilities such as Playbooks, Process Automation Designer and Integration Hub to customer problems

  What you need

  • 8+ years in a customer-facing role as a solution architect, technical or process consultant, customer success manager, or similar
  • 2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in a technical capacity such as developer, solution architect or technical consultant
  • Experience managing and influencing executive business stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A data-driven approach to advising customers

  Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience managing executive business stakeholders in a customer organization
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Playbooks, Process Automation Designer and Integration Hub
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration tools and capabilities
  • 2+ years working with procurement and/or supply chain processes or technology
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations products (strongly preferred)
  • Experience with value consulting and value realization

  Compensation

  $64 to $91 per hour

  This is a W2 contract engagement. Compensation is the hourly rate stated above, plus any overtime required by law. No health, dental, vision, retirement or paid leave benefits are offered at this time, beyond what applicable law requires.
