ServiceNow IT Asset & Analytics Analyst (Part Time)
J-00006Part time$51 to $78 per hourYou will work as a lead IT Asset Management business process consultant on a ServiceNow ITAM workflow, covering both hardware and software asset management. This is a part-time, W2 contract engagement for someone who already holds the ServiceNow CSA, HAM and SAM certifications and wants focused ITAM work.
What you will do
- Lead ITAM business process consulting activities across the ServiceNow Technology Workflow / ITAM footprint.
- Support hardware asset management processes within ServiceNow, including asset lifecycle and data accuracy.
- Support software asset management processes within ServiceNow, including license and entitlement handling.
- Apply ServiceNow platform knowledge to align asset management practices with the configured workflows.
What you need
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes.
- Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) certification.
- ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) certification.
- Availability for a part-time schedule.
Compensation
$51 to $78 per hour
This is a W2 contract engagement. Compensation is the hourly rate stated above, plus any overtime required by law. No health, dental, vision, retirement or paid leave benefits are offered at this time, beyond what applicable law requires.
